Fully furnished, clean and spacious room in a great house!
Unfortunately I will be moving out of this lovely room, having been offered a new job in London. So I am looking for a suitable replacement who will be a great addition to the house.
Current housemates are welcoming, tidy, really friendly and respectful.
The house has a large garden, two bathrooms and an open plan kitchen. Please note, there is also a comfy sofa in the living room, but I used an old picture which doesn't show this.
The room is one of the biggest in the house and will be available from 1st October at £485 p/month (all bills included + cleaner every fortnight).

Deposit: £200
A credit check will be carried out and references are required.
