3 Bedroom semi detached house in Tidworth.

-15 minute drive to Andover station.
-2 minute drive to large tesco/lidl
- 0.3 miles to the nearest bus stop to Andover/Salisbury.

we have a double room available. The room has a single bed in it(can be changed to a double if a double is wanted, a double wardrobe and a chest of drawers in the room. Ample plug sockets and right next to a family bathroom.

There is also a single room which is made in to a small office space with a single bed in and a corner desk. The master bedroom has an ensuite so the occupant would have a family sized bathroom to their selves.

BT Broadband available through the house.

Off road car parking is also another positive. there is a drive way big enough for 2 cars. we only have one.

The kitchen has a large dining table in with dishwasher, fridge and washing machine.

We are ideally looking for a non smoker, with no pets.

The garden is of a good size. There is plans to extend the patio. with access to the garden through a side gate.

The house is kept clean and tidy.

The house is shared with a loving couple.
