About the room... Double room in recently built house, quiet area, room has oak double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe. TV with SkyQ (all the channels) & Virgin Media 350MB Internet. Netflix & Amazon PRIME on the TV too.
Plenty of spare room elsewhere if you need to work from home during lockdown etc
My room has a en-suite so the master bathroom would be entirely yours unless I have friends staying.
There is room on the drive for a car, and room in the garage if you need to store a bike.
All other usual things... dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer etc.

Bit of a workaholic, and work down in Bournemouth normally but with Covid I work from home full time.
