En-suite room available in beautiful 5 bed house

I have a double-room with king-size bed, in-built wardrobes and newly tiled en-suite available to the right person. The house is a detached large 5 bedroom property with all facilities. There is off street parking although cars can be parked on the road with no problems. There is a french sous-chef who has lodged here for 18months together with my partner. The house is quiet and everyone respects each other's lives and working arrangements. There is easy bus transport into Winchester/Southampton and access to the M3 and M27. The pets are two beautiful British Blue cats. One doesn't show up much, the other thinks she's a dog!
