Large Double Room + Ensuite in New Detached House

Hi guys

I have a large double room with high ceilings and an ensuite in my new build detached house 10 mins walk from Overton Train station (1 stop to Basingstoke, 3 stops to London Waterloo) available for a chilled, relaxed guy.

The Room /House:
It's a furnished bedroom (Kingsize bed and mattress, 2 chest of drawers, wardrobe, bedside cabinets) in a new, modern detached house within a new development. There is an open plan dining room, kitchen, and lounge with a second lounge and separate utility room. There are two sets of French doors leading onto a patio and garden. There is a garage (which has storage and some (dusty!) gym equipment / weights) and parking space too.

About Me:
I'm an open minded guy; chilled out and gay but very low key. I work fairly long hours and when at home love to totally chill, watch movies and relax. I'm trying to get back into my gym and fitness so ideally someone with similar interests would be awesome.

It's definitely not a party house for friends/ partners to be coming over all the time so I’m looking for someone who also wants a nice, quiet, comfortable, relaxing pad to chill in - I'm a really tidy person so definitely would be looking for the same.

I’m looking at 7 days a week rents as well as short-term and 5 day / Monday to Friday agreements. Rent includes all bills (including Netflix and Broadband).

I am working 4 - 5 days a week at home but have one of the bedrooms next to mine turned into an office space.

Location:
The house is 10 mins walk from Overton Train Station which takes you to Basingstoke (1 stop - 8 mins) Woking and London Waterloo (55 mins). There are plenty of bus stops nearby and the village is a 10 min stroll away with all the usual shops (Coop, pubs, coffee shops, takeaways, butchers, bakers, greengrocers).

Overton is right next to the North Wessex Downs AONB and has plenty of walking and cycle routes through lovely countryside.
