Overton is a beautiful quiet little village on the outskirts of Basingstoke, has a mainline train to Waterloo (approx an hour) but with the added benefit of being in the countryside. Although it is a small village, Overton has every type of restaurant/take away, and a bakery, butchers, coffee shops and a Co-op all within a few mins walk.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor within a fairly quiet building of just 8 apartments. The neighbours are generally a bit older, or professional.. and everyone has been more than welcoming.

I am looking for a professional person who is friendly, tidy and easy to live with. The room is fully furnished, and I work away quite a lot so you will often have the place to yourself.

Free parking on site, and the train station is a ten min walk or 3 min drive and has free parking.
