Room in well decorated 2 bedroom house for rent.

The room itself is the 'master' bedroom, double with en-suite and has a built in wardrobe.
The house has living/dining space, nice sized kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, and a 'family' bathroom.
I have my own furniture in communal spaces (e. g. dining table, sofa, TV) which I am happy to share.
Outside space includes a small pebbled front garden, a decent sized back garden with shed, vegetable patch and private access. The house has a shared drive with 2 parking spaces so off-road parking is always available.
The house itself is in a convenient location, near the A27 and the M27, easy access to Southampton, Fareham or Portsmouth.

I'm looking for a house mate due to my current house mate moving back to mainland europe! The house is lovely and in a convenient place so I would prefer not to move out.
You will be living with myself, a veterinary nurse, my indoor bengal cat Bruce and my outdoor rabbit Tubsy.
I am quiet (I can't speak for the cat !!), relaxed and laid back. I generally busy with work so in and out of the house.
