Double room available in my 2-bed first floor flat.

Happy to accept Mon-Fri or full-time lodger (rent obviously depends on lodger type you are looking for).

Fully furnished with double bed (with mattress and topper), double wardrobe and bedside cabinet.
Includes all bills and Wi-Fi. Spacious shared living room, kitchen with washer-dryer and bathroom with bath and shower.

Lovely central location - 30 min walk form Whiteley shopping village, 5 minutes from Swanwick train station, easy access to M27. Pubs, supermarkets and takeaways within 2 min walking distance.

I work Mon - Fri in Southampton city centre (so we could car share if you work in town) and spend most weekends at my boyfriends so you'd normally have the place to yourself Friday evening - Monday.

No off-road parking available in the communal car park. There are nearby lay-bys and a public car park that can be used in the evening but ideally looking for someone without a car.
No pets.

Looking for someone who will treat the property with respect, clean & tidy and be easy to live with.
