We have a double room, nothing fancy, available in our house to share with one other . It has a double bed and clothes hanging space and drawers, feel free to bring your own bed/things etc
The bathroom, kitchen and living room is shared.
We expect anyone who stays to be clean, quiet and do their share of housework!
(People who are partygoers and loud are not welcome!)
Our house is on the seafront, with nothing overlooking us, a very quiet area and house!
If you are looking for a spare room, and you are a professional person or a quiet respectful student we have one!
The rent includes bills apart from TV, as we don’t have one so you would need to pay for a TV license.
We can discuss other things if you are interested.

*Please note that NO ONE is allowed to visit/stay over the house without the owner being given notice. This is my house, not a rented house and I have elderly neighbours.
There are buses to Portsmouth and Fareham about 10 min walk away, Portchester railway station is about 25 minutes walk away, trains to Southampton, Winchester, London, Portchester and Brighton directions. (Bus to railway station 10 minute walk away) Plenty of cycleways to the towns too, lots of great walks and the castle is 5 minutes walk away! As well as ferries to Isle of Wight from Portsmouth and France/Spain.
