You will also have access to the communal areas at Middle Street, including the onsite gym, social hub, gaming area, and grab-and-go breakfast.
The tenancy agreement is with Collegiate. The tenancy end date is 19/07/2025, and the rent is £186.00 per week, all bills included. The rent has to be paid in two installments. You must be a student to live here. You can move in from March (exact date to be confirmed).
