Large double bedroom at front on the house. Furnished with king sized bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and built in wardrobe. Bedding a towels provided if needed. Plenty of plug sockets and room for your own small desk.

Downstairs bathroom with over bath shower recently refitted. Fully fitted kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher; shared lounge with large TV (Prime) and shared dining room. Broadband fitted. Small walled garden with patio. On-street parking only. Double glazing and central heating.

Looking for a professional person to share with (not for a couple)The house is quiet and relaxed. Must like cats as there is one living here! Must be clean, tidy and respectful as this is my home. Must be happy to share responsibilities of the housework etc. I am only offering short term let's.

Would value having a friendly person with good sense of humor. Happy to have shared interests and keep the atmosphere homely. I love a good chat at the end if the day. I will respect your privacy. I work and have a social life so I am coming and going, although I do love relaxing at home.

Nearest Bus Stop is 5 minute walk and goes to seafront or city centre. Nearest train station is 10 minute drive. Nearest Supermarket is 5 minute drive. 15 minutes to the motorway. Local shops with takeaway, cornershop, garage, cafe's, pub is about 10 minute walk.
