The house is newly renovated with a modern fitted kitchen, a separate lounge and dining room and sunny garden. There is a TV in the lounge and high-speed Virgin broadband and television, Netflix, gas central heating is fully furnished with all bills included.

Current household is one easy going young professional who enjoys a chilled home life!
The house is usually pretty quiet but i do love cooking, chilling in the garden and watching movies and sport and a few drinks here and there.
When I’m not working i’m often out on adventures, traveling, eating, at the gym/doing sports or seeing friends.
I’m looking for one friendly and respectful person to share our home with us.
The house is always clean and tidy so someone who is also clean and tidy is a must.

The fees:
Rent is £520 per calendar month which includes all bills including wifi and virgin TV with Netflix in the lounge.
No admin fee
Deposit equal to 1 months rent
