Looking for a student to take over my contract for July and August. You will need to pay both months' rent and the security deposit upfront.

This is a private 1-bedroom flat in Brink Riley Student Accommodation, with your own kitchen, living room, and bathroom – fully furnished (sofa, bed, desk, wardrobe, laundry machine, etc.) and all bills included (WiFi, electricity, water, etc.).

It’s perfect for a couple, with no extra fees (ok if only one of you is a student). The flat is in a great central location close to all university buildings, Tesco Extra, Sainsbury’s, Wetherspoon, Southsea train station, and the National Express stop. The beach is just a 15-minute walk away.

Ideal for a short-term summer stay.
