I have a lovely double room in a bright 2 bedroom house in Copnor, Portsmouth for rent. It includes your own private living room!

The house is in a quiet neighbourhood with free on street parking. Within walking distance you'll find Tesco Express, the Co-op and several take-away shops. It's close to bus stops, train station and the M27.

The house is bright, quiet and tidy. Not a party place, but a homely place to relax in after coming home from work. Central heating throughout, unlimited wireless internet and Sky TV (+Entertainment pack). Shared use of the kitchen, bathroom, and paved garden, which gets plenty of sunshine in spring and summer! There's a washing machine and dishwasher in the kitchen.

The room is 5ft X 12.5ft (2.50m X 3.90m) and is semi-furnished. Currently I am not yet sure whether I will provide a bed, but this can be discussed. Most importantly you will have the whole downstairs front room to yourself as a private living room, because I recently turned the dining room into a second living room (which will be mine).

You'll be sharing with myself - a 33-year old NHS professional working full time and recently also started a Nursing degree. I'm quiet, tidy and like to do my own thing when not at work/placement- which currently mainly revolves around studying and the gym though I do try to make time for socializing with my friends! I'm looking for a housemate who is respectful, independent and able to tidy up after themselves in communal areas.

No DSS. Deposit and references required as per ad. The move in date could be sooner as my current housemate is moving in with his partner and can move out before April if necessary.
