Lovely double room with ensuite in 4 bedroom house

I'm looking for someone to replace me in my room in a 4 person house in Southampton. It's just behind the Southampton Uni Highfield campus. The other housemates are two guys (Sean and Travis) and a girl (MJ) all in their 20s, who are are really nice, and the house is generally tidy, sociable at times but mainly pretty quiet. My room is on the first floor, overlooks the garden, is spacious - has good storage and an en suite shower and toilet. There is a shared kitchen and living room.

It's a really lovely place to live, so hoping to find someone to take over my lease (which is until the end of August 2020)

The location is quiet and well connected. It's a 5-10 minutes walk to the Highfield campus of Southampton University and a <5 minute walk to the bus stop where buses go to the City Centre, Hospital and Airport.
