Easy, convenient access to various shops (Waitrose, Aldi & Sainsbury's), Portswood bars and restaurants.
The bedroom offers a comfortable space with lots of natural light. You will have all basic essentials in the room: comfortable, large king-size bed, wardrobe (with hangers), chest of drawers, mirror, side table, and bedside table lamps.
The bedroom has a lockable door for extra security if needed. Lounge is simple, comfortable and spacious with large bay window which allows for natural light to come through. Also, convenient sofa bed which comfortably accommodates two people.
Plenty of on-street parking available, plus there are parking spaces available behind the building in a private car park area.
Short (minimum 2 months) and Long stays are welcome.
I believe that kitchen has all what is required for a comfortable stay.. Please contact me in advance if you have any specific requirements I will do my best to accommodate you.
Please note, this is my flat which I am looking to sublet, as I am going away for work and would love to find someone who can enjoy living in it and look after it. All the bills are included and all the furniture is staying in the flat. So you can move in and dont need anything apart from your own clothes:). Everything will be provided. I am advertising it on airbnb, so you can check it out there. So, no need to set up any direct debits or worry about any bills. It is all inclusive.
