Lockable rooms, recently decorated off road parking, free Wi Fi by BT infinity unlimited.. Includes new mexican solid wood furniture suite, double bed, massive storage with fitted wardrobles, bedside tables, desk, sofa and TV point. Shared use of large refurbished farmhouse kitchen (with washing machine, dishwasher american fridge etc.) and shared new bathroom with two other rooms (single occupancy). Plenty of off road parking. Security floodlit.. All bills included, water, rates, electric, heating, council tax et. You may need your own tv licence. Trustworthy cleaner comes in regularly to keep communal areas up to scratch and hoover rooms (due to virus this is not happening at the moment).
Would suit a quiet person (use of personal headphones for any loud TV or music late at night would be appreciated) we also like to keep the communal areas clean and tidy. Smoking allowed outside house only. We are a warm and friendly group recommended by previous lodgers some of whom have come back when moving back to the area.! Landlady is a member of the National Landlords Association and wants people to enjoy living here as much as she does. The farm is set in 21 acres and split into separate dwellings, so no close neighbours.
Please note although we are close to fast rail and road networks for commuters, we do not have public transport through the village. Rake is situated approximately half way between Guildford, and Portsmouth and despite the GU postcode we are not actually in Guildford itself. We are between Liphook and Petersfield.
