The farm is set in 21 acres. The house is split into two main wings, this room is in the West Wing of the house The West Wing has three bed sitting rooms, all en suite. The landlady also shares the kitchen.

Ground floor (no stairs)! Centrally heated with double glazing. Large double bedsit newly furnished in solid wood Mexican pine and with double bed, 2 seat sofa, bedside table, wardrobe with a private en suite showerroom. free Wi Fi BT Infinity unlimited (fast fibre connected to the actual house, bit unusual in a rural area) There is use of farmhouse kitchen, all newish appliances, washing machine, large American type fridge, dinning table and chairs etc. Private off road, floodlit/cctv parking. All bills included. Smoking only allowed outside the house but not near the farm buildings. Smoker's gazebo with roof and seating and ash tray supplied.
Beautiful rural setting, Wonderful garden, great views overlooking duck pond with decking area and arbour. Would suit quiet, clean and tidy individual, who does not leave washing up in the sink for others to deal with or cigarette butts on the floor. Sorry for single occupancy only. Friendly landlady who works long hours so can take me time to reply to phone messages and emails.
Our idyllic village (situated approximately half way between Guildford and Portsmouth, note not in Guildford despite the GU postcode, check distance GU33 7JJ) sadly has limited public transport but we are fairly close to fast road and rail networks for commuters.
