There is 1 allocated parking space for you, a car or at least a bicycle is required due to the semi-rural location although the towns of Ringwood and Bournemouth are within 7mins & 15mins drive respectively. Heating, water, electricity & council tax are included. No TV or WiFi as I seldom spend time at the flat but you are welcome to arrange this & there is good phone signal.
The sleek kitchen has all built in appliances including a dishwasher and you would have most cupboard space for yourself. Cutlery and crockery is provided.
The flat including your room is deep cleaned ~once a fortnight.
The room is available immediately for a single female lodger who shares my values which includes maintaining a clean, peaceful and respectful home- happy to wait for the right person...
