The room has been recently decorated and features a modern en-suite shower room. There is plenty of storage available. Includes a 40" flat screen TV.. All utility bills are included as well as super-fast Broadband access(BT Infinity+). The room is at the far end of the house so privacy would not be an issue.
Secure parking behind electric gate. Use of large kitchen/diner, utensils and appliances with own separate fridge and microwave.

The accommodation is in a 5 bedroom executive house in a peaceful location backing onto Hightown lake and on the edge of the New Forest The local pub is within 5 mins walk. Centre of Ringwood is just over 1 mile away.

The rent is for a Mon-Fri let (Sunday night - Friday morning). However we would consider 2, 3 or 4 nights let (not weekends) at a pro-rata rate. However any more than a 5 day let is not possible and is not negotiable. Also please be aware this is not a house share. We are letting the room only with use of the kitchen.
