Double Room for Rent

I have a double room available immediately, I have rented out a room in my home for years so am totally used to it, you get use of all the rooms, however just as happy if you want privacy in your own space, small lovely garden with covered decking for smoking and use of the hot tub. No smoking inside the house please. I do have a 9 month Old very quiet and friendly German Shepherd, so you need to like dogs. The Bathroom has a shower and is shared. I work from home some days but am normally our every Thursday Friday and Saturday at my warehouse. there is a spare parking space on the drive most of the time. Its a quiet cul de sac with no passing traffic. I will add more pictures, dishwasher, drier etc
