Double room in a friendly house share

We are looking for a friendly person to join this social house share. We will have a double room available from the 6th August 2022. The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, shelves, chest of drawers and bed side cabinet. There's space for a desk for working from home with good wifi in the room.

The house has a shared lounge, bathroom and kitchen with shared cutlery, pots, pans and a coffee machine. The house also has a lovely garden with a secure bike rack. The bills are included and cover water, gas, council tax etc as well as a cleaner that comes fortnightly.

The house is located on a quiet road in Shirley with free on-street parking. The hospital and train station are around 25-30 minutes walk away and there are plenty of shops/take-aways nearby.

We are looking for someone who is looking for a home to live in. We both work Mon-Fri and sometimes weekends. Both of us are active and play sports but also enjoy a movie/games night and a take away.
