We are looking for a professional individual to join the lovely house and its housemates.

The rooms are fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, desk and chair. Plenty of space for your clothes, shoes and stuff.

The house has a communal living room with a smart TV. There is a dining table and 2 comfy sofas for you to relax.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a new washing machine, big fridge-freezer, microwave and almost everything you would need for preparing your meals.

There is a yard at the back of the house with a table and chairs and a safe place to store your bike.

The communal areas are being regularly cleaned by a professional cleaner.

There are 2 female tenants at the moment, all working professionals and very nice and friendly. It is a quiet house where you can feel at home and where everyone's privacy is being respected.
