Lovely double room near city centre

Hello,

I’m Liberty and live with my 5-year old Samoyed dog. I am an IT Programme Business Analyst and am looking for someone who is tidy, considerate and likes dogs. I travel a lot and stay in London for work in the week, so generally only at the house at weekends. This would be best suited to someone working either hybrid or full time in the office.

The house is a 5min drive, 15min bus or 25 minute walk from Southampton Central train station. It’s roughly a 10 minute walk to the Common.

There is on and off street parking which doesn’t require a permit. There is also a garden which you’re very welcome to use.

The house has a kitchen, dining/living room, and bathroom. You are welcome to use all of these shared spaces. All of the furniture shown in the photos of the bedroom will stay in the room. There is one bedside table, a built in wardrobe, a mirror, 1 lamp, curtains and the bed lifts up with storage space underneath. The amenities also include a dishwasher and washing machine.

The bills included are council tax, internet, tv license, water, gas, electricity and a cleaner.

I am also happy to consider Monday-Friday or weekly lets. I would consider them only on a minimum term of 3 months and there is a 1 month notice period.
