The room is in a large detached house, in Woolston/Sholing area. Available February, The the rent is fully inclusive of all bills. Everything is included (Gas and elec, council tax etc and also weekly cleaner, gardener, broadband, etc).The place is very well looked after as well as being a lovely light, airy, happy household.

Generally longer term housemates, we’ve had some who have moved out and come back as they like the house so much and have lots of really positive reviews from previous housemates. Everyone gets on well and respects each other's privacy and the need for your own space.

It's a good standard of accommodation with big living space - nice views over woodland/water. Good sized Kitchen with breakfast area - loads of space, (Great if you like to cook but there's always the microwave if not!) 2 showers and a bath. The cleaner, who comes in each week, will do individual room cleaning (For a small charge). Off road parking available. A great location - A short hop into the city centre and close to M27. 2 mins from Station and bus stops and local pubs plus takeaways, shop etc nearby.
