One double room in well equipped house

First bedroom

My name is Lucy and I have a rooms available in my house. I am looking for a female tenant to occupy the room. The house is owned by my parents, who live abroad but who occasionally visit for short periods (they stay on a sofa bed in the living room!).

The first is a smaller double room (£300 per month) which has a 4'6" bed, bedside table, wardrobe and chests of drawers, with a TV, connected to Freeview. There is a further cupboard on the landing available if required.

You will share a bathroom with bath, shower and basin, and a separate WC, all on the first floor.

On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with cooker, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle. There is a table with chairs and plenty of worktop space. We have also recently had a bathroom with a shower put in on the ground floor.

There is a large, comfortably furnished lounge with 42" smart TV, with Freeview, also a conservatory. Outside there is a large, private garden with table and chairs. Easy on-street parking immediately outside the property.

All bills included in the rent. We have a kitty for shared cleaning products, loo rolls etc.

We are looking for someone who is in their twenties, friendly, neat and tidy, clears up after themselves and is happy to share cleaning duties. As we are professional people, you would also need to be quiet and respect the fact that we all need to sleep at night, and respect each others' privacy.
