Bedroom 2 is half furnished, a bed is required. There is a wardrobe, bookcase, chest of drawers and desk and there is Sky Plus in the room.

This has been a no smoking property, and my preference would be for it to remain this way - but there is access to the garden via the kitchen, the current tenant is a smoker and finds this to be a workable solution. I can discuss requirements case by case.

Pets are allowed in the house, however this will have to be discussed with each applicant at the time of messaging - damage caused to furnishings by animals will be discussed upon viewings.
