I am currently looking for a professional to occupy Bedroom 3.

This has been a no smoking property, and my preference would be for it to remains this way - but there is access to the garden via the kitchen, the current tenant is a smoker and finds this to be a workable solution. I can discuss requirements case by case.

Pets are allowed in the house, however this will have to be discussed with each applicant at the time of messaging - as depending on whether the current tenants have animals, and which type of animals currently residing will determine whether having additional animals will be suitable - damage caused to furnishings by animals will be discussed upon viewings.
