I am looking for someone who is tidy, respectful and easy going.
I have 2 small dogs (pugs) so someone who likes dogs is a must 😊 and ideally looking for someone who can look after them if I’m on holiday or away at the weekend, they are very easy and I would reduce the monthly rent for someone who can do this.
The room is a Large double room in a recently decorated first floor maisonette, it has bay window and decorative open fire place. There is a garage and attic for storage and plenty of free parking available. There is also a private garden. The location is within walking distance of the local shops and bitterne town centre where there is a gym, pub and Sainsbury’s amongst other shops / take aways and it is about an 8 minute drive to get to the centre of Southampton, the bus service is very good and just at the end of the road.
