I'm renting this double room from January in a shared house with 3 nice international guys, located close to Glen Eyre Halls, at 10 min walk from interchange. The cost is £390 plus bills (~£45).
The room is equipped with a double size bed, a desk next to the window with nice green view to the backyard of the house, and closet with mirror doors. The house has two bathrooms, one up stairs and the other downstairs, the kitchen is spacious, and very well equipped, the conservatory next to it, is ideal to spend free time. The backyard is very green, has a bbq and a garden table set, ideal for sunny days.
Housemates are 2nd-3rd year PhD students, very friendly, share cooking and supermarket stuff. Parties or gatherings are held at home maybe once a month in average.
