Lovely Double Room in flat near Highfield Campus

Looking for a cheerful, clean and tidy female to share my flat with. Must be vegan/vegetarian.

I have a nice double room available in my two bedroom flat in Basset.

It is a nicely furnished bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, side table, bookcase and desk. Flat is fully furnished and off road parking (only evening and weekends but you could apply for parking permit). Kitchen with washer and dishwasher. Bills are included (electricity, water and internet).

It is convenient for the University - a 20 minute walk to the Avenue Campus and 10 minutes to Highfield (and Burgess road), and short walking distance to the Common. Easy access to the general hospital and Winchester as well (U6 and 1 bus stop is just outside the building).

Household comprises two happy (well, most of the time), clean, non-smoking and vegan (me and my partner) students/professionals.

Open to negotiate Mon-Friday rentals for £400 and professionals for £550.
