Hi!

Your bedroom faces the rear of the house overlooking the garden and includes a double bed, long mirror and two sets of chest of drawers (6 drawers total). You have access to the living room, kitchen, bathroom and little toilet and the garden as well as your bedroom!

The bathroom and kitchen are clean and tidy and were new in 2019.

Bus stop for Southampton etc is a few mins walk away at the end of the road. Airport is a 10 minute drive as is the train to London. Two train stations Bitterne and St Denys are a 15 and 20 mins walk away, respectively. Southampton town can be reached in 10 mins by car.

All bills are included in the rent and you have a car space either on the drive or infront of the drive.

I am a 31 yr old female working in finance. I have my own social life so looking for someone who very much has theirs too, but equally might like to get a drink together on a Thursday evening etc etc. I would prefer someone who is out and about a lot, rather than someone who is more reclusive, simply as I'm an active, go live life kind of person and get on well with similar personalities. I am very friendly and try to enjoy life and not stress too much. I don't do drama! 🙈
I have two little Persian cats called Winston and Penny who are loved by all (I don't actually like cats that much but they are like teddy bears!)

The most important thing is a peaceful and happy home. It is a clean and tidy sanctuary, rather than a party house. Infrequent guests are welcomed though. Whilst I am now working from home due to COVID, I am away a lot visiting friends etc. And will soon start going back to London for work a day or two a week. I will be double vaccinated in the next few weeks.
Reference from previous lodger available upon request. Long-term and short-term stays available.
