Our home on the first floor has been refurbished and is all brand new and modern. The room is fully furnished, have a new wardrobe to put up (not shown in images) The living area and bottom floor of the house is yet to be modernised. Our home is always kept clean and tidy, if you are happy with the contrasting eras of the upstairs downstairs. There is readily available parking on road.
We have a cleaner once a week which is included.
We are a couple in our mid-late 20's very easy going, also residing with us is our spaniel cross Benson. He loves to be around people, very well behaved and will make anyone feel welcome. He is out at work with us in the daytime all day.
We are sociable, enjoy being active, travel and work full time so also really enjoy our downtime to relax.
We will happily look at rent also based on days you may need the room!
