No agency fees or hidden extras. The house is near Portswood and the City Centre. Also near Southampton Common. Buses run regularly into the city centre.

All mod cons - modern kitchen and bathrooms, communal lounge area, washing machine, tumble drier, Wi-Fi, parking and bike shed. Fully furnished and well equipped. The house has CCTV.

There are 3 bathrooms. The tenants share one bathroom between two people. One bedroom. is ensuite but this is not currently available. The communal areas are cleaned once every 2 weeks.

Current tenants are very happy in the property, friendly and welcoming. They have diverse hobbies and interests - for example walking, cycling, travel, and cooking. They are looking forward to welcoming their new house mate. I can arrange for you to chat to them.

As a small landlord - with only one property, I get on very well with the tenants. We have a house WhatsApp group amd communicate easily. If anything needs doing, I get it done as soon as possible - I prefer everyone to be happy. Current tenants highly recommend.
