Lovely double bedroom available in a spacious three bedroom house in Shirley, on a quiet road with easy transport to the city centre and train station.

The house has been recently renovated and is a warm, spacious, clean, friendly space. It has a large open plan sitting/dining room, a kitchen with plenty of space to cook and store food and a little garden with a seating area to sit and relax. Upstairs are three bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower over the bath.

The available bedroom is on the garden side of the house. It has a double bed, chest of drawers and a wardrobe.

We are Alice and Holly. Alice works as a legal aid lawyer for disabled and vulnerable people and Holly is a designer. We like to catch up over a cup of tea or glass of wine when we see each other and sometimes we watch films and documentaries together on the projector in the living room. We try to be clean, quiet and respectful housemates and are looking for someone (preferably a woman) similar to join us. We’re both LGBT but a person of any persuasion would be very welcome!

The house has free parking outside and there’s always lots of spaces very close by. It’s a half hour walk, 8 minute drive or 16 minute bus ride into town and to the train station. The bus is every 3 minutes so you’re never waiting long. There are plenty of food shops nearby.
