Bathroom located downstairs with bath and shower, bathroom would mostly be used by tenant as there is en suite upstairs which I use. Large kitchen, with dishwasher and washing machine. Large shared dining area and lounge.
Good commuter links to Southampton, eastleigh and M27 if needed. Shops nearby and local pub within walking distance! Short walk to bus stop.
House newly refurbished, but still minor decorating work ongoing, garden is getting complete overhaul in new year.
