We are looking for a friendly housemate for this lovely, warm, young professional house. Sharing with 4 girls who are all working professionals in a variety of fields, working office hours.

Refurbished to a high standard throughout. With two bathrooms, a contemporary kitchen including a dishwasher, shared crockery/cutlery/cooking equipment etc. Shared living space with 43” flat screen TV, fibre optic broadband, double glazing, gas central heating, spacious attractive garden with BBQ and outdoor seating. There is brand new fencing in the garden (don’t have photo yet). Bike rack for up to 5 bicycles. Fortnightly cleaner and regular gardener.

This lovely room overlooks the garden and comes furnished with a double bed with memory foam mattress, bedside table, chest of drawers, desk, shelves,
wardrobe and blackout curtains. This beautiful Victorian house is in a quiet location, just around the corner
from all of the action. Only minutes away from Bedford Place and the most popular bars, clubs and restaurants of the city. Ideal if you rely on public transport as it is a 5 minute walk to main bus stops, and a 15 minute walk to Southampton Central train station with links all over the country.

All bills included: council tax, gas, electricity, TV licence, broadband, cleaner, gardener. Friendly and responsive female landlord.
