Hey! We are Karim & Corinne, yes we pretty much have the same name 😂

We have a stunning double room with ensuite up for grabs in our amazing modern static houseboat (so no rocking!) on the Itchen River.

We are 30 something professionals looking for a friendly housemate to share with us and our two pets Tiabeanie (puppy) and Tuna (cat).

The room is a spacious fully furnished double with en suite, you’ll also have your own full size fridge / freezer. The houseboat itself is a gorgeous living space with a bright and airy open plan kitchen / living room and balcony. It has a modern industrial feel with high spec interiors including a range master cooker and dishwasher. We have high speed broadband and your usual central heating. Free on street parking available.

Rent is £725 (800 for couples) pcm + 5 weeks deposit. The room is inclusive of all bills and is available at the beginning of January until the beginning of June. We will consider short lets and couples are welcome - there is plenty of space here!
