The house is close to Highfield Campus. It has plenty of small shops and businesses across the road for your convenience, along with Unilink bus stops just outside so travel will not be a concern. There is an additional room in the house that is used as a lounge area, with sofas and a table to relax. I am looking for a Southampton student who plans to stay for the full academic year. The existing tenants are all very friendly and supportive, and aren't disruptive so it is a safe space to study or hang out if that is what you want to do.
