Shared use of living room, conservatory, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washer dryer and double oven, bathroom with bath and shower and large garden and decking area with seating.

Shared use of off road parking available on driveway with ring camera security, as well as free parking on the road outside the house (plenty of space). Good transport links with a bus stop at end of road, 12 mins to city centre and run every 12 mins. Bitterne and Sholing train stations also within walking distance. Bitterne shops, supermarkets, PureGym, JD Gym, Bitterne Leisure Centre, Post Office, and large Wetherspoon’s pub - all within 5 -10 mins walk.

You will share the house with myself and my seventeen year old twin sons - along with two friendly cats.

Please note the room is a ground floor bedroom.

No smoking inside the property, but can smoke in the garden or on decking area.
