I’m offering two spacious, fully-furnished double rooms for rent in my well-maintained home. Previously they were advertised to be available from June, but things has changed and now they are available from end of April/May. The rooms are perfect for two individuals (one per room) looking for a comfortable, clean space to call home.

The Rooms:
- Bright and airy with new mattresses, beds, open wardrobe, and chest of drawers.
-Shared upstairs bathroom, exclusively for two lodgers.

The House:
- Located near Highfield Campus and Burgess Road, with plenty of shops, takeaway places, and amenities close by.
- Quick and easy commute to the city centre.
- Bus stop with direct routes to General Hospital just 2 minutes away.
- Excellent public transport links, plus easy access to the M27 and M3 motorways, Southampton Airport and Swaythling train station.
- Common Park (10-minute walk) and Daisy Dips nearby.

What's Included:
All bills covered, including:
- Water, gas, electricity
- Council tax (Band B)
- High-speed broadband (Toob)

- Additional bonus: I’m considering including a monthly or biweekly cleaner for the shared areas (kitchen, living room, and bathrooms) – fully covered in the rent! This means one less thing to worry about and ensures the space stays fresh and tidy.

What’s Not Included:
- TV license

Parking discussed individually – the street is a permit-only zone, but I am open to arranging a permit for long-term lodgers, and there is also space for a small car on the driveway.

About me:
I’m a 33-year-old female professional working a 9-5 job. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, gigs, board games, and cooking. I’m planning to foster dogs in the future, so if you love dogs, that would be a huge plus!

I’m looking for lodgers who are friendly and easygoing – someone I can get along, enjoy spending time with, but who also values their personal space.
