I would like a clean tenant with respect. I’m not at home much. No parties as I don’t drink. Would like do some tidy to share the whole house with in a lovely area of hamble. I also have a 7 man jaquzzi on when it’s warm enough. Dash easing and washing machine , cooker, air fryer, toaster, kettle etc. Room has a single bed so you could get your own double if you wanted to. I live in a nice quite area.
