I’m looking for someone to take over my Classic Studio at Orion Point (SO14 , Southampton) from October 2025 to September 2026. The studio is on the 9th floor with a private bathroom and kitchen, and all bills (water, electricity, Wi-Fi) are included. The location is excellent — there’s a bus stop (U6H) right downstairs with direct access to Highfield Campus, and it’s only a 5-minute walk to Law Court or Cenotaph bus stops for routes to Avenue and Winchester. The city centre and Westquay Shopping Mall are just a short 7-minute walk away, and there are convenience stores and affordable restaurants right across the street. The building offers 24/7 security and reception (Chinese-speaking staff available), along with a gym, cinema room, study spaces, and laundry facilities, making it a safe and comfortable place for students. Rent is £260 per week, and the transfer will be done through the official Unite Students contract.
