Myself (33) and Claire (25) are 2 easy going professionals. I am a primary school teacher and Claire is a nusery nurse.
The house is approx. 10 mins drive from the City Centre and is situated on a main bus route in and out of town. It has 3 large double bedrooms, a bathroom complete with an electric walk in shower, a separate dining room, spare toilet, plenty of storage space and a large garden. There is also plently of free parking situated outside the house.
The room comes completely furnished with double bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinet, shelves and a desk but we dont mind if you wish to redecorate it to your taste whatever that may be...
As well as all bills being included in the rent there is also access to wireless broadband and sky HD TV complete with sky movie channels and sky+. There is also access to a PC if needed and a Nintendo Wii and Xbox with Kinect (with approx. 60 games in total).
We love watching Simpsons, Waterloo Road and X-Factor LOL.
