Hi, I am looking for a clean, quiet, house-trained man to move into my spare room. The cost is £125 per week ALL INCLUSIVE; NO BILLS OR EXTRAS.
The room is VERY LARGE, furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers, table with chairs and arm chair plus there is a hand basin, television. and GAS CENTRAL HEATING.
There is a bathroom(with a toilet),a separate toilet and a kitchen which is shared (although you would have your own separate fridge and cupboard). There is also a utility room with a washing-machine and tumble-dryer. The property's EPC is "C"
I am looking for a friendly, well mannered, working person with good social and communication skills if you just want to party or have orgies please go somewhere else!
Unfortunately I cannot take people on benefits or smokers, and there is a strict no smoking policy in the house; although I shouldn't have to say it that includes (recreational)drugs!
