Single room with adjacent bathroom to rent in private property in the north-east of the city (Chartwell Green). Pleasant, safe, quiet area close to woodland and country park. Near shops and motorway (M27) with fairly easy access to rail station (Southampton Parkway) and buses to the city centre, Southampton Solent University and the University of Southampton. Bus routes Bluestar 14, 16 and 20. plus Exela X4.

Warm, comfortable room with single bed with storage below, desk/dressing table plus wardrobe, set of drawers and comfy chair. Fast WiFi. Modern clean bathroom right next to bedroom. Well appointed large kitchen. Off-street parking for one small car (sorry, no vans or motorcycles out of respect for neighbours and space). Garden. I'm fairly easy-going and used to having people stay.

If the room is let to professionals then the rental rate is £525 per month Inclusive of bills (not consumables). Hopeful of taking in a happy, easy going individual who is tidy, clean and respectful, motivated and interesting.

I will be pleased to receive enquiries from individuals (females) who have displayed their details/photo on the SpareRoom website. It's helpful if I can see who I am dealing with and potentially sharing my personal space with.
