Usage of two rooms to rent in Southampton

My current lodger is about to leave for a new job , so I am looking for someone to replace him.

I have available the usage of 2 rooms in my 3 bedroom house. Currently one is used as a bedroom and the other as a dressing room. Both rooms come fully furnished, but can be let un-furnished should you require. I have a fully boarded loft as well as a large garden shed for storage should you need it. There is off road parking, a good sized garden and a large deck (with a hammock!).

The room will be available from August 1st.

The house has Virgin fiber broadband, 50" flatscreen TV, PS3, Blueray player (if any of those are important to you!).

The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything needed.

£450 per month in advance which covers all bills, council tax, etc....

I'm looking for someone I can relax with and most importantly trust. If you like outdoor activities or a good cider then i'm sure we will get on just fine!

The current lodger is more than happy to chat about the house and how it's been living with me.
