1 room available in a 3 bedroom house.

The single room has a single bed, built in wardrobe and a chest of draws. It has TV and broadband sockets (TV not provided) where the TV wall mounts are and a strong wifi signal with plenty of power sockets.

The rent includes the use of all facility's including broadband (900mb), washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, cooking facility's, and shared use of an American fridge freezer.

The house consists of a large living room, dining room which leads into the kitchen, downstairs toilet, upstairs bathroom (which has a shower in the bath) and upstairs shower room. There is also a patio and lawn outside in a recently completed lockdown project.

I'm looking for house mates that are mature, respectful, quiet, clean and tidy, sociable and don't mind that I have a pet cat.

It is located about 2 minutes drive form the m271 junction 2 so is ideal for someone who travels and needs good motorway access. There is on street parking available with no permits or restrictions. It is a 12 minute bus journey to Southampton general.
