The flat comes with a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower/bathtub, and a living room with dining table, couch and TV. There also is a small coat closet and storage room.

The flat is at the top floor of a 3 story building in Hulse Road, Southampton.

The So'ton Common and Bedford Place are in 5 min walking distance. So depending in which direction you walk you either are close to a lovely park to barbeque and relax, or you find yourself close to several pubs, nightclubs, restaurants.

We are looking for someone easy-going, nice and clean person, who is a working professional.

The rent includes a parking space inside a gated parking lot.

The remaining tenant is quiet to live with, social and laid-back.
