Lovely bedroom with built in wardrobe is a 10 minute drive away from Southampton City Centre and 5 minutes from Bitterne and the M27. House has a washing mchine, cooker, microwave and dishwasher. Also sky and broadband. I am 35 years old and work during the day in the property industry. I do like to socialise so from week to week it can vary but I could be out most nights. I am easy going and fun to be with and would want someone with a like minded attitude. I have a cat called Molly who lives here and she is an angel once you get to know her. Honest! There is communal parking at the back of the house and the option to rent a council garage for an additional £40 per month. I also have a garden with a patio.
