Flatmate wanted for spacious 2-bed apartment

I am looking for a flatmate from December. I am a newly-qualified doctor, working in Winchester hospital (RHCH).

I have been living in this apartment for over 4 years now. I am looking for a flatmate as my current flatmate is moving out of Southampton.

The building is quiet, comes with off-road parking, and there is a garage in which bikes etc. can be stored. It is well located (just off The Avenue), between Southampton General Hospital, the city centre and Highfield campus. It has a bus-stop just outside, and The Common is across the road.

There is a communal bathroom, kitchen (with all amenities including a washing machine, oven, fridge, microwave, crockery, cutlery, glassware etc.), and fully-furnished living room.

The bedroom available comes with a double bed (and mattress), desk and wardrobe. However, these can be moved to the garage if need be.

I own 2 guinea pigs who live in a cage in the lounge. Due to this, I am unable to accept a flatmate who owns a cat or dog, however caged animals may be welcome (please ask).

I am a tidy person who is easy to get on with, and I enjoy socialising. I am looking for someone who is tidy and responsible, considerate of shift-work, and who is happy to have small pets in the flat.

Due to my current flatmate still living with me, and in order to respect her privacy, I have not uploaded photos of her room here. However, if you are interested I would be happy to send you photos via email.
